In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programmes that build capability across the organisation and support both individual development and wider business goals. You’ll play a key part in shaping how our people learn – creating impactful learning materials, delivering inspiring training sessions, and helping to embed a strong culture of learning throughout the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine creative learning design with confident delivery, working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our training is relevant, engaging, and effective.
About us

Home to the longest commercial runway north of Manchester, we play a critical role in global connectivity and Scotland’s economy, with over 450 employees and supporting more than 4,000 jobs across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Designing Learning Experiences
- Design and develop structured training programmes and learning pathways aligned with organisational goals.
- Create high-quality learning materials including presentations, training resources, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Develop engaging learning experiences using a range of formats such as classroom, virtual, and blended learning.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and managers to identify learning needs and design effective solutions.
- Ensure training materials remain up to date, relevant, and compliant with any regulatory or industry requirements.
Delivering Training
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and development programmes for employees at all levels.
- Adapt delivery styles to suit different audiences, learning preferences, and operational environments.
- Support managers and teams to apply learning in the workplace and turn knowledge into real capability.
- Roll out new training initiatives and programmes across the organisation.
- Gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training to continuously improve learning experiences.
Supporting Learning & Development
- Develop and maintain training plans and schedules across departments.
- Carry out training needs analysis to identify development opportunities.
- Monitor training completion and compliance, providing reports where needed.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

- Uniform (as required).
- Enhanced Annual leave, depending on service length.
