On arrival please take a ticket at the barrier. Payments can be made at the car park exit barrier or at the car park pay stations prior to departure.
* Blue Badge holders are permitted up to 30 minutes free to pick up and drop off – present your Blue Badge at our Information desk in the terminal building to validate your ticket. Stays longer than 30 minutes will be subject to our normal car park rates.

Pre-book only – Car Park is closed from the end of October until the beginning of March.
Allow 10 minutes on top of your recommended check-in time to arrive at this car park and walk to the terminal building – use the train station walkway to reach the terminal building.
If pre-booking you must book at least 2 hours in advance. A minimum 3 day stay charge applies.

Within 24 hours of making your booking, you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the airport.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch using our Contact form.
Bookings can be amended up to 2 hours in advance of your arrival time to the car park at no charge. You can amend your booking via the manage booking webpage.
You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time to our car park and receive a refund, minus the £5 agreed within the terms and conditions at the time of booking. No refunds will be given within 24 hours of your arrival time.
You can cancel a booking by visiting the Manage My Booking portal.
If you are driving a different car than that detailed on your confirmation invoice, you can amend these details by visiting the Manage My Booking portal or by completing our Contact form. In all communications please quote your booking reference number.

On departure, please drive to the exit barrier where our number plate recognition system will read your vehicle number plate and lift the barrier once confirmed. The confirmation email will give you these instructions.

If you have not pre-booked, please take the ticket you received on arrival and pay for this at one of our pay stations located within the terminal building, car park two or at the exit barriers where you will be able to pay via card.
Passengers can extend their stay in our car park. If you have not yet entered the car park and it is more than 2 hours in advance of your arrival please amend your booking via the manage booking section.
If you have already entered our car park and would like to extend your stay, please visit the information centre on your return before returning to your vehicle. Our car parking team will be able to advise of the additional cost and take payment.
