Passengers should advise and pre-book with their airline any outsized baggage items including but not limited to – sports equipment, baby equipment and music equipment. Our outsize baggage drop area is conveniently located to the right hand side of our check-in desks, passengers should go to the check-in desks before going to outsized baggage.
Our team ensure that your items are handled with care, however, in some instances, accidents may occur and baggage can be misplaced or damaged. Lost or damaged baggage must be reported to the Information Centre, located in the main terminal building, before leaving the airport. Our Information Centre is manned for all departing and arriving flights.
