How do I know that my booking has been placed?

Within 24 hours of placing your order you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your details. You should print this email and bring it with you to the Airport. If you not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Car Park Information Desk 03712 222 883.

What if I need to amend my booking?

You may amend your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure time at no charge.

You can amend a booking by calling our Car Park Information Desk on 03712 222 883. Please quote your booking reference number.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled departure time and receive a full refund. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of your departure time.

What happens if I want to bring a different car to the one confirmed at booking?

If you are driving a different car to that detailed on your confirmation invoice, you can amend these details by phoning the Car Park Information Desk on 03712 222 883 with your booking reference and revised car details.

What do I do when I get to the car park?

On arrival please drive to the entry barrier where our number plate recognition system will read your vehicle number plate and lift the barrier once confirmed. The confirmation email give you these instructions.

If you have not pre-booked, please take a ticket at the entry column and keep it safe with you until your return.

What happens when I return?

On departure please drive to the exit barrier where our number plate recognition system will read your vehicle number plate and lift the barrier once confirmed. The confirmation email give you these instructions.

If you have not pre-booked, please take your ticket you received on arrival and pay for this at one of our pay stations located within the terminal building, Car park two or at the exit barriers where you will be able to pay via card.

Do the Car Park shuttle buses run throughout the night?

Yes, the shuttle buses serving Car Park Four (Budget) operate a service between the Terminal and Car Park.
