This luxury hotel has a decked rooftop bar and pool area where you can enjoy the stunning views across the port while choosing an aperitif from an array of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

The relaxed house restaurant is managed by Marc Gascons – who also has his own Michelin star hotel near Girona.

You will also be able to enjoy traditional Catalan foods cooked to perfection and whether you chose to stay here or just walk in, this will be an experience you are sure to never forget.

Faro

The central Algarve coastline has been developed to accommodate everything the holiday maker dreams of while still offering the discerning traveller the havens of old Portugal where time treads softly and life’s pleasures are priced with locals in mind. The stunning city of Faro is no exception and if it’s a wonderful food holiday you are looking for, it serves up a tasty choice.

With a relaxing and comfortable climate in the winter months, it is a popular destination where visitors eat extremely well and surprisingly cheaply.  With hearty dishes and tasty beers and wine, you will be in for a treat.

Experience Ocean – located in central Algarve for that special touch of class and elegance.  This attractive restaurant was awarded a second Michelin star in 2011 for its tantalising dishes prepared by top Austrian chef, Hans Neuner.

Passionate Hans grew up in the world of cuisine and soon learnt the skills of cooking masterpieces from both his father and grandfather who were both chefs.  With a wealth of knowledge, Hans found himself taking on a team of his own for the busy kitchen in Ocean.  His attention to detail and intricate work lead the restaurant to be awarded its first Michelin star in 2009, just two years after opening and again in 2011.

From the moment you walk through the door, you will experience exceptional customer service and food. Savour food that’s fit for the gods! Bon appetit!
