Glasgow Prestwick really is ‘pure dead brilliant’ when it comes to passenger facilities. We are continually investing in new facilities for our passengers.

No Smoking

From the 26 February 06 the airport will become a smoke free zone one month ahead of the new Scottish legislation on Smoking Health & Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005.  A smoking area will be available outside the terminal building. 

Internet Access

Glasgow Prestwick now has internet kiosks to enable our customers access to the internet and e-mail while on the move. Internet kiosks are located on the 1st floor in the main terminal and in the departure lounge.

BT Openzone Wi-Fi

Laptop computer or PDA users are now able to access broadband internet through BT Openzone from anywhere in the terminal.

Cash facilities

Cash dispensers are available before and after security search. Cash dispensers will accept all valid UK bank and building society cards. The operator of the dispenser after security will impose a small surcharge on any transactions.

Gamegrid

Passengers seeking fun or with time to spare before their flight can enjoy playing a wide selection of brand new video games and fruit machines before and after security. Age restrictions apply in certain areas.

Information Desk

The airport information desk is located on the ground floor at the entrance to arrivals and is open for all flights. Our staff can deal with all enquries. Please telephone 0871 223 0700.

Left Luggage

Luggage can be left with the airport at our security department. The cost is £4 per bag, per day. Golf bags are charged at the rate of £5 per bag, per day.

Terravision

Terravision provides fast and direct shuttle services at competitive prices between airports and city centres. They also offer a range of products for tourists including city sightseeing tours, shopping tours and guide books. They currently have services at

• Florence Pisa
• Frankfurt Hahn

Tickets for these shuttle services etc can be bought at their stand which is located at the bottom of the escalators, next to the check-in desks.
